Attorney Fees

• Our continent fee in automobile injury cases is usually 33 1/3%.
• In medical negligence (malpractice), attorney negligence, product liability, and insurance coverage and practice cases our fee is usually 40%.
• In other types of cases the fee is usually either 33 1/3% or 40%.
• Ordinarily we pay litigation expenses, and our clients are not obligated to repay us for them if the case is unsuccessful.
