The web is a fantastic, equal playing field, abounding with freedom. The small shop owner has access to the same markets as Pepsi and General Motors.
Anyone can build a site that rivals the biggest company. You have complete freedom to say and be whatever you want. With freedom comes responsibility... responsible to love truth, to do excellent things and to make a return on your investment.
The web is also changing from day to day.
The web a year from now will be quite different than it is today, so why invest in a web site that won’t return a profit in a year? (Just in time to throw it out and start over?)
