Fees & Expenses
Most of our work is done on a contingent fee basis.
A contingent fee is a fee based on a percentage of the money recovered in the case. If there is no recovery, there is no
fee. If there is a recovery, a percentage of it is paid as the attorney fee in the case.
The attorney fee percentage is agreed upon in writing by us and the client before a claim is made.
Usually the fee is either 33 1/3% or 40%, depending on the type of case.

Expenses in a contingent fee case claim are usually paid by us as the case moves along. If there is a recovery, the
expenses we have paid are repaid to us from the money received in the case, usually from the client’s share.
