We evaluate each case individually, pick and probe until we understand the facts and then advise the client whether or not the case has merit.
Once we determine a client's case is meritorious, we represent the client on a contingency basis. Our fee is based on a percentage of the gross recovery. We advance expenses to prosecute the
litigation, and those advances are deducted from the client's share of the proceeds at the time of settlement. Our clients are advised of the developments in their cases, and are kept informed of the proceedings
and settlement discussions as they occur.At the conclusion of the case, we hope that each client will feel as though he was well informed of the strengths and weaknesses in the case, adequately advised of the
