Mr. Wilson practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, and Social Security. He is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar, the Ohio State Bar, the
United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the West
Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Wilson serves as a mental hygiene commissioner for Marshall County, West Virginia. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Marshall County Day Care and Day Care
Provider Training Center located in Moundsville, West Virginia. He is also a member of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce. A lifelong resident of Marshall County, Mr. Wilson is active in many
community activities. He and his wife, Tricia, have two sons, Ryan and Gage. They are members of the Calvary United Methodist Church of Moundsville.
