Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Ms. Fantazzi joined Gold, Khourey & Turak as a nurse-legal assistant in 1990. She continued to work at
the time while embarking upon legal studies at the Duquesne University School of Law. She graduated from law school and was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in 1995. Prior to joining Gold, Khourey & Turak, Ms. Fantazzi garnered firsthand medical experience working as a registered nurse in Philadelphia for 19 years and for
two years in West Virginia. She progressed steadily in her nursing career, being promoted from Staff Nurse to Head Nurse, then Recovery Room Head Nurse and finally to Recovery Room Supervisor. She also
earned certifications in Critical Care Nursing, Critical Care Life Support. Basic Life Support and Intravenous Therapy. As a registered nurse she specialized in Recovery Room Nursing. Ms. Fantazzi is a
member of the Association of Trial Lawers of America, the West Virginia Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice before West Virginia local state and federal courts. In
addition to being a former board member of the Literacy Volunteers of Marshall and Ohio Counties Chapter, Ms. Fantazzi has been a leader in many civic and church organizations.
